OOC: If it is not immediate problem (ie griefing) you can notecard it and label it management. Someone will get back too you as soon as they can.

If something is wrong In Character you should make every effort to resolve it IC. We want a hands-off approach to managing RP and we will NOT be doing mod duty on your every move.
If you have an issue you feel needs handled by an Admin, notecard the local chat so there is a record and Label it (Request for help)

If a discussion is needed regarding a conflict, both parties shall agree to a conference IM with an Admin which will be saved to utilize for Admin review. Both parties must agree to this. The issue can also be discussed and resolved in local chat if there are no other people within hearing distance. Resolving conflict privately minimizes drama.

Again, we are not going to spend our time on mod duty for RP. We are all adults.

IMPORTANT:

Please first address issues through an Admin before an owner/Estate Manager. If an owner/EM is contacted, please include the prior contact with an Admin and why it was not satisfactorily resolved.
